PPSA Registration: a registration filed by a creditor under the “Personal Property Security Act” against a debtor for a security agreements against personal property.
RSLA Registration: a registration filed under the Repair and Storage Lien Act (also known as Garage Keepers Lien Act in various provinces) by a creditor against debtor for repairs and storage.
PMSI Registration: a statutory status afforded to a creditor who has properly completed all the steps required in PPSA for being awarded such priority status.
RDPRM “Register of personal and movable real rights” created in 1994 by Quebec government to receive registrations of rights on movable property or personal rights. Under the Civil Code of Quebec the movable hypothec affects a movable property or the universality of movable property. All form types of registration available in RegHub.
